South Towne staff is so professional, efficient, pleasant. Over ten years ago, I worked with Kevin Edwards, who sold me my 2014 Forester. I have kept in contact with Kevin because he is not just a good salesperson, but a really good, honest guy. When I buy a new car, it will be a Subaru and it WILL be sold to me by Kevin. Your service people are also very good. I do not dread taking my car in for service. Whatever you are doing, keep doing it.
I was very impressed with the service I received at Mark Miller South Towne. Samuel was an excellent service advisor and made sure everything was taken care of before a big road trip coming up. In addition to several other items, I had asked for my front and rear brake pads to be replaced. The tech on the job pointed out that the rear pads were just fine and didn't need to be replaced. I just came to Subaru to get a new tire. Everyone of the staff was amazing and gave me exceptional service. We even had a dog in our backseat and I felt like Allison treated him like a king. She works at the front desk and gave us a dog toy and some treats. We will definitely be coming back here again.
I was a a walk in for service and it was estimated to take 3 hours. I was just working from the waiting area. I was surprised when it was done in about 45 minutes. Excellent!

We have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. Jason was fantastic and got us through the buying process quickly and with no hassle. He then introduced us to Yuri who walked us through the features of the car. Then off we went driving our new Outback XT. We took advantage of their concierge service! A charming young lady came over to our home, picked up the car and then delivered it a few hours later. She gave us the paper related to the service - a 2 year checkup - and left us very happy! They truly do service with a smile!!
Mark Romero in service was awesome! He sat down and took the time to explain the situation to me. While I’ve had some oil issues with my older Outback (year 2011 H6 engine) Mark Miller’s service is undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend that you consider them when purchasing a Subaru.

From past experience, I was not looking forward to spending time in a auto dealership. But buying from Mark Miller Subaru proved better than we anticipated. We were listened to. We were not made to feel awkward or uncomfortable. This is important since it's not our comfort area. We felt our time was respected. And the guys have a sense of humor - bonus. Overall joyful experience.
The service is always great. I appreciate the text an email reminders and being able to reply and set up an appointment from them. Everyone from the appointment set-up to the service department to the concierge/valet possess excellent customer service skills and are kind in demeanor. They explain everything thoroughly and ask to clarify anything unclear. We don’t meet the actual service technician but they seem to be very capable as we had no issues with the car upon return. A big “thank you and job well done” to each employee involved in this semiannual service.

I am really grateful for Mark Miller Subaru. My advisor was Matt during the time our Subaru was in repair and the whole team just went above and beyond. We were told by Young Subaru that we needed a new transmission and we went to get a second opinion to where we bought our Subaru at Mark Miller in Sandy and after they had evaluated my vehicle we were told we did not need a new transmission. My car was stolen and luckily recovered but there was some nasty interior issues. Pretty gross! I was expecting the service department would do some oozium spray or give me an air freshener. Instead Will practically detailed my car for me and made a huge difference in the mess the thieves left behind.
I always have a great experience at the Mark Miller Service Dept. Although my part was not scheduled to arrive until early April, I was notified last Thursday it had arrived and had my car back Fri am. Sarah Harper does an excellent job communicating and providing updates.
They were constantly coming and telling me the status of my repair. Alway polite and the work was done in the time they said. Recommend them to anyone.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was fast and finished about 45 minutes before expected. Great service! This is the only place I will have my Subaru serviced. Forget Zippy Lube and all the places like that.

My car started having problems on the freeway this morning right before the point of the mountain. I was on my way to a championship hockey game, and the check engine light was on, cruise was flashing, and traction control was flashing. I had a very mediocre and frustrating experience at this dealer after going there the past 6 years for service. I went back and asked them to make it right and Bri delivered. This is what sets great business apart. When they mess up, they don’t dig their heels in and argue. They fix it. The mess up was frustrating, but it happens. Fixing it is what will make me go back.

I couldn’t get the update to download with my wireless settings so I came in and asked if one of the Service attendants could help me with it. He was very kind and I didn’t have to wait very long. Just long enough to get the update downloaded. I really appreciate, Mark Miller Subaru for all the customer service, and the loyalties that the service people have at this location. They are awesome!
