Mark Miller Direct Auto Service

At Mark Miller Subaru South Towne, we listen to our customers and one of the issues we hear regarding servicing is that it can be hard to find a time to come in. That is why we offer Mark Miller Direct. Simply tell us where and when and we can come to pick up your Subaru car, SUV or coupe and bring it to our service center. After we are finished servicing your vehicle, we can return it to you within 24 hours!

If you would like to drop off or pick up your vehicle yourself then we can do that instead. This service costs $40 for a roundtrip pick up and drop off if it is within a 20-mile radius of our Subaru dealership. If it is between 21 and 40 miles away from us then that cost jumps to $80 roundtrip.

Subaru Express Service

Sometimes, you just need your vehicle serviced right away. That is why our dealership offers Subaru Express Service. This allows you to stop and get your vehicle serviced right away, without an appointment! We offer a plethora of basic maintenance services under this category. Check them out below!

  • Oil Change: Oil changes are essential for keeping your Subaru running. Without one, the oil in your Subaru will turn to sludge, dirty your engine and cause it to break down a lot sooner.
  • Tire Rotation: If you don’t rotate your tires regularly then they will begin to wear unevenly, which reduces their lifespan. At the end of the day, that means more money coming out of your pocket for new tires so be sure to routinely have your tires rotated.
  • Battery Replacement: A well-functioning battery is essential for starting your vehicle. A battery can get drained in harsh weather conditions and if you accidentally leave your lights on. Make a pit stop at our service center and we can replace it for you!
  • Bulb Change: Getting pulled over because you have a headlight or taillight out can ruin your day. When you notice that you have a bulb out, visit our dealership and one of our auto repair staff members will be happy to change it for you in no time!
  • And MORE!

We offer a series of other automotive repair services as well. If you are interested in learning about our other Subaru Express Services, call or stop by our dealership today! One of our friendly staff members will be able to explain all of the services under this program!

Larger Automotive Repair Work

Sometimes a job requires more care and attention. At our service center, our staff is also trained in how to handle lengthy repairs. Check out a few of the other extensive repair services we offer below and let us know if your vehicle sounds like it needs one of these repairs.

  • Transmission Repair: No one wants to hear that they need their transmission fixed or replaced. This is because it is a lengthy process that is quite expensive. Although, your transmission is an essential part of your vehicle and without it, it can’t run. Folks can help extend the life of their transmission by having their vehicle routinely serviced.
  • Head Gasket Replacement: A head gasket tends to fail between 100,000 and 150,000 miles. Along with this, it is recommended that the timing belt is replaced, as well as the timing idlers and tensioners. Folks can extend the time between changes by having their oil changed regularly and keeping up with their maintenance schedule.
  • Serpentine Belt Replacement: The serpentine belt connects to multiple different aspects of your vehicle, such as the air conditioning and power steering. These belts are long lasting but when they go then several aspects of your vehicle stop working. If you suspect that your serpentine belt is in need of a replacement then don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment!
  • And MORE!
