EDIT: Josh and Mark Miller made this right. They tracked down a difficult to find corroded wire to a sensor that sporadically turned on the check engine light. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I recently brought my car in for a check engine light issue. As I explained to the employee this all started when my extremely corroded OEM battery finally failed, though only after ~3 years. Guys! Love the service on my car, that’s why I come back. I’ve been to Clark’s auto out on 17th south and 500E and I wasn’t a fan, they used mobile 1 and they added the bare minimum of oil. Loved my Outback from the beginning. Although I worked with 2 sales people (original left the company in November 2022) after I ordered my new vehicle, the remaining sales person did extremely well in keeping in touch with me and keeping me updated on the status of my car order and shipping, the outcome upon delivery was extremely satisfying.

I have taken my CrossTrek to this dealership since I moved up here (3 years ago). Typically, I am very pleased with the staff and service. This time, unfortunately, was different. After spending over $800 on my suspension, a terrible noise started happening. I called and asked them to take a look and make sure their work was all good. They still charged me the diagnostic fee, just to check their work. Didn’t seem right to me, and never heard back from the service manager. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and got all your text messages except the one to tell me to come pick up my car so I had to wait till the next day to get it. Not your usual service. I didn’t even get notification it was ready on Sat morning. I just showed up hoping it was done. The technician gave me a friends and family discount which was nice.

Even with little if any commission involved, our purchase was an excellent experience. The dealership found low interest financing, dealt with us remotely and had to navigate the registration requirements of three different states. We will definitely do business with them again and encourage others to do so as well.

My car’s battery had died temporarily. I was able to schedule an appointment for them to come, jump the car, take it in and do an oil change. They also suggested a couple other recommendations when doing their inspection. They were able to get the car back to me same day. Everything was quick and easy.

We ordered a new car with the expectation it would arrive sometime in January. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the call just before Christmas that it had arrived. Our sales rep Aaron was great to work with, he made the process very simple and kept us updated on progress. When we arrived to sign paperwork, he met us outside. Overall, it was one of the easier car buying experiences I have had. Very impressed with the dealership and team. The finance guy was also helpful and explained everything very well.

Matt Hansen in service was great to work with and kept me up to date and informed of the progress of the repairs on my Legacy. It appears that the technician Jayson Johnson did a great job in repairing the damage that was done when I hit the curb after sliding on the ice and snow. This was my 2nd visit. I had made initial contact with Old Dave in July of 2022. Because he was so helpful and informative, I started further researching the brand and periodically visiting your website looking for either a WRX or BRZ. Last Friday, the stars aligned, and Old Dave verified that a white WRX Limited was arriving the next day. I now own my first Subaru.

Went in for my 6 mos. I scheduled appt because I'm from Ogden. I drove right in. I grabbed my complimentary coffee from the impressive snack bar and headed upstairs, I talked with 2 nice, informative young gentlemen at the concierge.
