Each October, Subaru retailers nationwide celebrate Subaru Loves Pets® Month, but here in Utah, nobody celebrates bigger than Mark Miller Subaru. This fall, join us at Mark Miller Subaru South Towne in Sandy for a one-of-a-kind, dog-friendly event in the Salt Lake Valley. Our Make A Dog’s Day celebration takes place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM, and it’s free, family-friendly, and all about giving back to pets and people across Sandy, Draper, Riverton, South Jordan, West Jordan, and Salt Lake City.

The $500 Pet Costume Contest

Of course, the biggest crowd favorite is our Pet Costume Contest. Dogs of all sizes will strut their stuff dressed as superheroes, princesses, pumpkins, or creative homemade designs. The winner will walk away with a $500 grand prize.
